Sajith Umar is a passionate individual from the vibrant island nation of Sri Lanka. He is currently diligently pursuing his bachelor's degree in Psychology and Counseling, driven by his innate curiosity to understand the complexities of the human mind and emotions. Alongside his academic pursuits, he has achieved significant milestones by completing diplomas in Psychology and Counseling, Child Psychology, and Law. In addition to his academic endeavors, Sajith is also dedicated to personal and professional development. He is currently pursuing diplomas in Leadership (TOT) and Multiskills Development, which will further enhance his skills and broaden his knowledge base. He firmly believes in the importance of lifelong learning and continuous growth, and these diploma programs align perfectly with his commitment to self-improvement.

Furthermore, Sajith is deeply passionate about giving back to his community and making a positive impact on the lives of others. He is excited to share his OMLAS project idea, which focuses on implementing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Sri Lanka's Central Province, specifically in the Matale District. His initiative aims to interconnect mental health and leadership, with a vision to ultimately impact climate action and peacebuilding. By addressing these interconnected issues, he hopes to create meaningful change and contribute to the well-being and resilience of communities in the region.
